3. SHIPPING POLICY
We process and dispatch orders across India. Please review our
shipping terms below.
3.1 Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful
payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed
the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately
after placing your order.
3.2 Delivery Timelines

- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad,
Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier
delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.
3.3 Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 499
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 60 applies for orders below Rs. 499
- Applicable taxes and levies are included in the product price
3.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on our
website or the courier partner's website.
3.5 Undeliverable Packages
------------------------------------------------------------------
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed
delivery attempts, or customer refusal, we will contact you.
Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be
processed after deducting shipping costs.
3.6 Marketplace Orders

For orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, or Indiamart, shipping
terms and timelines are governed by the respective marketplace
policies.
